The orientation program was graced by Ms. Shilpi Sinha, Assistant General Manager, Organization Development & Employee Engagement at RSPL Group. Her insightful address on leadership, personal growth, and the evolving world of management inspired our students and set a positive tone for their academic journey.

The students were also briefed on the college’s rules and regulations, emphasizing the values of discipline, academic integrity, and professional conduct expected during their tenure at the institute.

The program concluded with an engaging team-building activity called Network Bingo. This fun and interactive session helped students break the ice, build connections, and understand the importance of networking.
