About MCBS
The Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) is in the heart of Muscat, in the Sultanate of Oman.
MCBS is a private College licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education and established in 1996. In 2004, MCBS
sought institutional and program accreditation to offer undergraduate programs/bachelor’s degrees in
Oman. MCBS was successful in its application and based on the strength of its submission. MCBS is fully

The Center for Entrepreneurship & Business Incubation (CEBI) was established at Modern College of Business
& Science (MCBS) acknowledging the significance of Entrepreneurship & SMEs in diversifying the Omani
economy. The center focusses on linking three key areas of Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation –
Education, Leadership Development & Research. Furthermore, CEBI would be responsible for formulating
strategies and collaborating with other public & private entities based in Oman and abroad to not only support
