Brief Overview :
Ms. Kawaljeet Kaur is a passionate and highly experienced educator currently serving as the Head of the Personality Development Department at Allenhouse Group of Institutions. With over 15 years of expertise in soft skills and personality development training, she has mentored more than 5,000 students across various domains including Banking, Aviation, SSB, Defence, and others. Her areas of expertise include communication, confidence-building, group discussions, interview preparation, and corporate etiquette.
A certified NPTEL trainer in Soft Skills, Ms. Kaur combines academic insight with practical experience as a corporate trainer, having collaborated with several institutes and training centers. She has successfully guided students through both admission interviews and job placements, helping them secure positions in top-tier companies and government sectors.
She has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing the institution’s PDP curriculum, introducing activity-based learning, mock interview simulations, and career-readiness modules. Beyond academics, she leads student development workshops and supports faculty through Faculty Development Programs on mentoring and communication.
