Allenhouse Institute of Technology organized ‘PARIVARTAN’- a Faculty Development Program on July 17, 2023. The Faculty Development Programme focussed on areas like Soft Skills, Team building, Peer communication, Employee Engagement & Satisfaction, and Happiness index.

Prof. (Dr.) Bhagwan Jagwani, Campus Director, Allenhouse Group of Institutions, highlighted the importance of engagement, satisfaction, and happiness in personal as well as professional life. He also emphasized upon the significance of team-building and related communication.

Dr. Rubby Chawla, Director, Allenhouse Group of Institutions, explained the importance of soft-skills and communication in the lives of people. She also gave tips on professional etiquettes to the participants.
