Brief Overview :
Rakhi Chatterjee is an HR professional and academic specializing in Human
Resource Management with more than 19 years of experience in India and
abroad. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
(PGDHRM) and is currently engaged in teaching and academic activities. Her
teaching interests include Human Resource Management, Business
Communication, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, and Performance
Management. While she is yet to begin her research and publication journey, she
brings valuable exposure and global perspective as a team member of the Rotary
International Group Study Exchange Program to Australia.
