To enhance the research capabilities of its faculties, Analista- the Research club at Allenhouse Business School organized a Faculty Development Program on ‘The A to Z of Research Paper Writing.’ The speaker of the program was Dr. Neeraj Gupta, Associate Professor and Chairperson- Research Development Committee at NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. The speaker trained the faculties on the structure of a research paper, and how to organize their research as per the standards of reputed international journals. He emphasized on the intricate details due to which research papers often get rejected. The FDP motivated the faculties to proceed further in their research endeavours.
