Brief Overview :
Ms. Vaishali Chandwani is a dedicated academician and research scholar with over six years of experience in teaching and mentoring. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Allenhouse Institute of Management, Kanpur, and is pursuing her Ph.D. from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. Her doctoral research focuses on HR analytics and the evolving dynamics of the gig workforce.
Ms. Chandwani has actively contributed to the academic community through the presentation of research papers at various national and international conferences and through publications in reputed peer-reviewed and ABDC-listed journals. She has authored chapters in edited volumes addressing themes such as HR analytics, Industry 5.0, and MSME competitiveness.
Apart from her academic pursuits, she plays a vital role as the Placement Coordinator, guiding students in their career development and enhancing their employability through structured mentoring initiatives. Her efforts have significantly contributed to improving student readiness for industry roles.
