Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
OR
Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to prepare level playing field and desired learning outcomes of the programme
B.Tech. Lateral Entry (to Second Year)

Passed Minimum 3-years / 2-Years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category and from the institution recognized by BTEUP or equivalent.

MCA I Year
Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A. B.Voc./ BCA etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
(for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University).

MBA I Year
Firstly candidates qualified through CUET PG Current Year / NTA and meeting the eligibility conditions specified in the counselling guidelines will be considered.
Secondly, candidates will be selected based on merit in the qualifying examinations, as per the eligibility criteria outlined in the counseling conditions.

To be eligible for counseling at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Subjects: Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subjects in 10+2.
- Minimum Marks: Must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category candidates).
- Entrance exam: Have a valid score in JEE Main or CUET UG.
- Admission to Specific Courses: Must meet the entrance exam requirements for the course applied for.
- Admission to Postgraduate Programs: Must have a minimum of 50% in the corresponding undergraduate degree and a valid CUET PG scorecard.
The eligibility criteria for admission to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur, are as follows:
BBA
To be eligible for admission to the BBA program, candidates must have passed the 12th class or an equivalent examination with a score prescribed by the university.
BCA
To be eligible for admission to the BCA program, candidates must have passed the 12th class or equivalent examination with a score prescribed by the university. They must also have studied Mathematics as a subject in the 12th class.
