Brief Overview :

Ms. Sneha Gupta is a distinguished academician and researcher specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing, with over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Integral University and is UGC-NET qualified for lectureship. She is presently serving as the Assistant Head of Department at Allenhouse Business School, Kanpur, where she also functions as the NAAC Criteria-3 Coordinator, Coordinator of the Research Club “Analista”, and NPTEL SPOC for the institution. A prolific researcher, Ms. Gupta has published extensively in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, authored numerous book chapters, and holds two Indian patents and one German patent. Her core research interests include employee stress, organizational behavior, HR innovations, and sustainable business practices. She has been conferred with the NPTEL Discipline Star (twice) and Domain Scholar awards and has ranked among the top 5% in several NPTEL-IIT certification courses. In recognition of her academic contributions, she was honored with the Academic Excellence Award at international conferences held in 2024 and again on the occasion of Women's Day in 2025. A dynamic speaker and trainer, Ms. Gupta has delivered expert talks and conducted training sessions at various reputed institutions.
