Dr. Puneet Rai, an eminent academician and researcher holding a Ph.D. in Management from
IIT Kanpur with an exceptional CPI of 9.75/10, serves as the Director at Allenhouse
Management Institutions, Kanpur. He brings over 20 years of rich experience spanning academic
leadership, curriculum development, and corporate marketing to the institution. Bridging
technical expertise with business acumen, his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from
Pune University provide the ideal multidisciplinary foundation to steer management education in
today’s fast-changing technological world.
Prior to taking the helm at Allenhouse, Dr. Rai accumulated an illustrious track record of administrative excellence, notably serving as the Chairperson for the PGDM program at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, and as an Associate Professor at Dr. GHS Institute of Management & Research, Kanpur. His corporate background includes six highly successful years in the industry, highlighted by a tenure as Deputy Manager of Marketing at Delux Brgs Ltd., where he managed major automotive clients like Maruti and Hero Honda and was awarded a Gold Medal for exceptional performance.
As a forward-thinking institutional builder, Dr. Rai has curated high-impact MDPs for premier organizations like IOCL, BPCL, and India Post, while driving strategic market consultancy projects for corporate houses like the Goldiee Group. An avid researcher, his scholarly work in consumer behavior and B2B marketing is widely published in international Scopus-indexed journals and distributed globally by institutions like the Case Center at Cranfield University, UK.
